I used to drink at lease 12 cans of pop a day when i was in high school. Now I don't drink pop at all. It tool a while, but I finally embraced water. i have taught my kids that the first beverage of choice is water, then milk, then juice (we don't have juice in our house that often). I had someone tell me that they couldn't stand water because "it has no taste". I told them that was the point. It's clean, pure, and good for you!
